Why we built a studio instead of an agency
HandsOnTech started with a pattern we kept watching founders live through: design bought in one shop, development in another, SEO handed to a third, and three vendors blaming each other when the number didn’t move. So we built the opposite: one senior team where the designer, the engineer and the growth lead share a standup, a Slack channel and a definition of success. How we work, in practice
Every engagement runs on the same operating system: a written fixed-price scope before work starts, two-week sprints with working software demoed every other Friday, a staging link you can share internally, and honest reporting that includes the numbers moving the wrong way. When the build ships, growth doesn’t start from zero, the SEO architecture went in with the first wireframe, and the same team carries the site into rankings, AI citations and paid programs. On final payment, everything transfers: code, Figma files, content and analytics. It’s your product; we just built it.
