Engagements

Project scope, timeline, fees and deliverables are defined in a written statement of work or proposal accepted by both parties before work begins.

Intellectual property

Upon final payment, clients receive ownership of custom code, designs and content created for their project, unless otherwise stated in the statement of work.

Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty for bugs found after launch on work delivered under the agreed scope.
