The job: ship real products with a small senior team
Working here means your output lands in production, not in a deck. Designers watch real users try their prototypes; engineers demo working software every other Friday; growth leads defend real numbers monthly, including the ones that dipped. There’s no account-management layer to translate you to clients and no junior bench to hide on: you’re in the room, senior peers around you, doing the work your title claims. Remote-first with U.S. business-hours overlap, two-week sprint cadence, and a strong allergy to meetings that could have been a Slack message.

The process respects your time: a portfolio or GitHub review, one 45-minute technical conversation with the people you’d actually work with, and (when both sides are still interested) a small paid trial sprint on real work.
